Shipping Policy
Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes.
Processing time. Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Pre-orders ship when the product is released and arrives from our distributor.
Shipping methods. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Most orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking, usually arriving 2 to 5 business days after shipping. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
How we pack. Cards are sleeved and protected before shipping. Figures and sealed product are padded and boxed to arrive in the condition we sent them.
Address accuracy. Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once you pay the new shipping cost.
Lost or damaged packages. See our Refund and Return Policy for how we handle packages that are lost or arrive damaged.
Sales tax. New York sales tax is added at checkout for orders shipping to New York addresses.
- Orders of $100 or more ship free within the United States.
- Small orders of singles may ship by standard envelope without tracking, usually arriving 3 to 8 business days after shipping.
